Payment, Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

All of my products are handmade at my home in Germany. I handle all inquiries case-by-case basis to offer a personal and tailored service. My ultimate goal is to make our customers happy. I'm a small business that makes handmade goods, with the goal to provide my customers with high satisfaction. I treat each request fairly, respectfully, and reasonably with the trust that our customers will do the same.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As a small business, unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any product issues, please get in touch with me at ilgufohandmade@gmail.com, and I can find a solution. We are always here for you and happy to help!

DEFECTS

​

I check the quality before each shipment to ensure the products are defect-free. However, if it doesn't match expectations and you have received a defective product, please contact me at ilgufohandmade@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the defective product so I can find a solution.

DELIVERY TIMES

​

Because each item is crafted with care, delivery times depend on the product type and the shipping destination.

1. Delivery Times by Product Type

  • Finished Bag (in stock): can directly be send.

  • Bag Kit (in stock): approx. 2 weeks of preparation.

  • Bag Kit “Made to Order”: requires a 50 % deposit at the time of order. Delivery is approx. 1 month of preparation from receipt of the deposit.

First-come, first-served: All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. During peak demand, delivery times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Transit Times (Shipping of packages is done via DHL)

  • Germany: 3-5 business days.

  • European Union (EU): 5–10 business days.

​** Shipping to regions outside the EU will have to be arranged via direct contact

After the package is passed onto the shipment provider, I have no control over the delivery times. I'm not responsible for the following:

Mistakes made by the shipping provider.

Mistakes in the delivery addresses provided by the customers.

Stolen packages.

SHIPPING COSTS (per package up to 5kg, however larger orders can be combined into 1 package)

  • Germany: Free Shipping.

  • EU countries (excluding island territories): From €12,99.

​

PAYMENT

I offer several secure payment methods so you can choose what works best for you:

  • For all orders

    • Credit/Debit Cards via SumUp– Visa, Mastercard 

    • Apple Pay

    • Google Pay

  • For “Made to Order” kits, a 50 % deposit is due at checkout; the balance is payable before shipping.

  • Other products require full payment at checkout.
