Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. I'm not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, I generally do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective. To request a replacement for a defective item, contact me within 3 days of receipt with photos of the issue. Refunds, when approved, will be issued via the original payment method.
